Read Acts 5 – 7
Men of Renown is a term you see in the Bible and the men in Acts fall into this category. With the power of the Holy Spirit, they were setting the world on fire for Christ! Rejecting passivity, leading courageously and expecting a greater heavenly reward was clearly their vision.
This same Spirit is available to us, in order to lead our families and communities for Christ. Bringing your family to church each weekend is one of those first steps and engage in service to provide your children the example of a godly man in action. Reason together with other Christ-followers in the Word and sharpen each other spiritually. When we participate in these ways, we are following in the footsteps of the Men of Renown. Join us!
